#307803 he had the 5th gear cuff on the 1st and 2nd trannys he blew. first one blew 4th on the dyno, second one blew when he put it in 4th on a pass, and the third and fourth trans' have now blown in the burnout box.. time for mfactory straight cut gears that are supposed to be good to 1000hp

Thats crazy. How many lbs are you running it at? Im probably only going to run like 8 on my motor. My turbo will be a little laggy compared to yours but mine should still move. And I'm a couple hours away from you, we can hit the track and wax some people with our red hatches. haha

Also how many pounds are you running at the track?

Wow, on stock motor? I wonde what I could run on my motor. I have a wastegate set at 8.7lbs. I think that should be safe.

I was looking your vids, awesome btw, just one question, are you using any kind of boost generator off the line or is it just a 2 step ignition cut?

im asking because I was messing with crome gold and set up the boost generator (timing retard+fuel enrichment) cool flames and sound but it blowed my turbo.

i leave off my 2 step alone, no anti-lag.. yet :twisted: it builds almost 10psi like it is, tuner said i could easily make full boost (15psi) if we add in the anti-lag. we didn't from the get-go cause he did say it's a little hard on everything (might explain your turbo).

#309980 all vids done with 1080p GoPro. the majority of my vids are shot from the inside of my car facing over to the car with a $5 ebay flexi suction cup mount hanging down from the windshield. the suction mount that comes with it has much better "stick" but hard to get different angles with it

don't be jelly, mine's down atm too for body work :lol: it's too damn hot/humid out anyway



best 60ft so far is a 1.68 but it does pretty consistent 1.7's. been running around 10 psi in the slicks

still lots of room for improvement with better suspension, ride height and lower tire pressure but it seems to work quite well :lol:
