Ok so we got the new cluster for the car! Well we were super happy seeing as it was mint and low miles.
Then the box got to our house and this is how it looked
This is the second time I've ordered a part from someone and with their lack of packing skills, it's ended up getting broken. I got a fog light and all it had in the box was one little piece of bubble wrap. So it broke.. Now this. Luckily we can still use it. Just gotta make sure it works 100%.
I ended up pming the guy telling him it arrived broken and his response was "Oh well I guess those postal guys tossed it around a bit"..Really? It was boxed with some paper. No peanuts or bubble wrap.. >.<
I told the dude he should file a claim but I doubt that will happen. He just argued with me saying that his packing is fine and that he's a manager of a shipping department.
Luckily my boss told me I can ship on our company account so now if I get a part that's broken..instead of going through the person selling it to me to do the file claim..I can do it myself. That way I don't get cheated.. Woot
