For me It would be an easy conversion, However I have worked on Wiring for a long time. Its just matching wires, cutting and soldering. then Zip tie in the new cluster.

Anybody knows GSR gauges come in kph, and over 180kph?
Or should I get a kph ITR speedo for it...

The top is cut off and part of the right side, too. Not clean at all. Why would anyone do this when there are plug and play alternatives that will do anything an Integra cluster will? Higher rev limit appearance on the tach? SiR. Wanna change the speedo? There are alternatives. It just doesn't look right without the correct bezel, which would take a dash swap. And you have to hack into your cluster wiring for no good reason.
