#179617 Good work bringing OEM parts back to life. And for diagnosing and repairing your OEM tape deck. That ancient OEM CD players is hilarious and great. 90s tech is pretty funny - and awesome in its own way.

I'm in Ontario also - am wondering which yard you went to. Am always on the lookout for pick-a-parts. I feel like these types of yards are getting fewer and fewer. Let me know! (PM is good.)

Glad to hear you're also going back to the stock look. :thumb:

#180360 well first i tested the light to see if it was good and it was.
then i would trace the circuit back to the pin out connectors.
somewhere on the main board the power was not getting to the light
so i just jumped it and went from the illumination pin on the back right to the front circuit board with the buttons and leds.
