I am pretty sure you have to take the whole dash out and there are 4 screws from behind that you need to remove to get that panel off.

hey what guage cluster is that?

pretty sure thats a 97+ TypeR tach... not exactly sure of the year but i know its a late model Type R... the older ones had the 9 grand cluster, the new ones upgraded to 10. Spoon's are 11.
