my new eg's sunroof operates extremely slow, even needing a helping hand in some circumstances. how can i fix this? i also sometimes have to tuck the sealing rubber as i close the roof, is there a new seal i can get? last, the felt that is visable through the sunroof when the sliding cover thing is shut is ripped off and looks horrible, what all do i need to remove to get to the cover. would it be of any use to anyone else if i post pictures of the reupholstery of the sunroof? thanks for everyones help

This happened to my integra before.. Just take it to a window shop and let them look at it. If it runs slow then there might be something wrong with the rails. and it's good to get those rubber seals replaced or you'll have leaks in the future.
