- Mon Mar 16, 2009 9:59 pm #103716 hey guys um replacin my main input shaft bearing nd i puilled all the bellhousing bolts but when i seperate the clamp and pull up it only goes up bout one inch nd no more no matter how hard i pull........ any suggestions. i even hammered on the shaft from the other side. oh nd i thought i felt the "clank" but im not sure if the clank will come now where its at.

single slammer = one cam of fury.

Make sure to open the snap ring at the same time your pulling and prying upwards. Its super easy with more that one person. One person does the snap ring and the other uses a screw driver or whatever and wedges and prys all around until it seperates.
