I just got my hatch running the other day. I installed a Exedy OEM replacement clutch and flywheel set. It feels so soft when I push the pedal with my foot I feel like I could use my pinky and push the pedal. I have always had cable transmissions so I'm not sure if I am just not use to hydraulic or what. But, besides buying a different clutch kit or stiffer flywheel is there a way for me to make the pedal stiffer. I thought about putting a spring onto the clutch for and one of the slave cylinder bolts for more resistance but I don't really want to be that ghetto.

I've noticed that too. My stock ITR clutch pedal feel was much heavier (itr trans swap on my GSR). I replaced it with an Exedy and hated it for weeks, but then eventually got used to it. I don't know if it got heavier or if I adjusted to it, but I don't mind it now.
I'm about to replace my Civic HX clutch with an Exedy. Exedy is purported to be the supplier of OEM clutches.
