#212579 So i was at a stop light n when it turned green i took of, shifted into 2nd nicely 3rd good as well n when i shifted 2 4th n let go of the clutch it felt n sounded like i shifted into 1st, so i quickly push the clutch n try 2 put it in 4th again n slowly let go of the clutch n same thing happen so i just put it in 5th n everything was fine. I came 2 another stop n took off n this time everything went in nice. But wat could that be thats causing my 4th gear 2 do that n it's only 4th gear n it's done this goin down the track at high rpms. I didn't mind it before but it's starting 2 make me worry n wanna fix it. Sorry 4 the long story. Thanks in advance.

#234018 Take a close look at your shift linkage fittings and bushings.
Worn linkage or bushing might allow a sloppy shift to the wrong gear.
