Having the correct tools and equipment is half the job right there. Generally if you're prepared, things go sooo much smoother/quicker. I've learned that lesson the hard way, way too many times.

I didnt get to spend a whole lot of time on the dyno. My wife wasnt feeling that good and the smell of the exhaust was killing her. When we called it quits the car had made 210whp and 150tq. I will say this though, there is definately more power there! So back to the dyno probably in a week or so.

Heres the graph from the very 1st pull, compared to a graph from the old block.

- Sat Mar 31, 2007 8:30 pm #4361 My goal was 215-220 whp and 160ish torque. A lil more tuning and it'll happen. The car is my DD, but I only drive it to and from work, and on the weekends. In 3 years I only put 4000 miles on the motor.

yeah a little more tuning will get u those numbers and damn thats a lot of hp and tq for a dd :o hahaha but yeah u dont really put much milage on it...

Oh for sure!!
The cars going back on the dyno in a week, we're gonna start playing with the cam settings to see how much more power we can pull out of it. When we did the swap we hooked my exhaust back up, next session is open header, and that might help out a lil.
