- Sun Dec 04, 2011 5:41 pm #284045 I have a eg hatch with a b16a2 swap. everything is converted to obd1. my problem is that my gauge cluster isnt working. The lights and everything work. gas gauge and temp both work. but tach and speedometer wont work. i have tried everything i can think of.

Dizzy is good. i have checked it.

But I second the VSS. Mine went bad (plus the harness was loose) and my tach and speedo would actually bounce around when I hit bumps. Like, I'd be doing 60mph and speedo would be flat, I'd hit a bump and speedo would jump to 45 and back to zero
