#142686 does the whole car shake, or just the steering wheel?
does it only when you accelerate, even going from like 0-50?

#142688 until you do know GO EASY!!! the part that worries me is that it only does it when you get on it. if its not like the tires or alignment there might be a problem... i'm not 100% if a rod knock would do that, but i really hope thats not what it is... good luck man. i'm sure the gurus will chime in on this..

did you get an alignment? i think it would be shaking all the time though at higher speeds if it was out, not just when in the pedal.

is it just a shimmy or is there a knocking sound when it does it?

quite possibly.
Jack the car up and check for excessive play in the tie rod (side to side)
and wheel bearing (up and down)

#142797 i would look at all your suspension parts like the upper and lower balljoints, CV axles could be out of balance/busted/clunking, the tie rod ends could be so wore out, and also check the wheel bearing....

it seems more suspension related than engine, jack up the car and try to move the tire both up/down and side to side, should help isolate something....post back with what you got
