Okay, I've been doing a lot of research on purchasing a catback along with Headers. I've heard all sorts of opposing views on YouTube Videos, other forums, and personal friends, SO I'm looking to see what this Community's thoughts are.
I have a 94 Si D16Z6 motor, bone stock with the exception of an AEM Short Ram Air Intake. I'm not interested in any HP gains until I complete the looks of the car in all honesty. I'd at least like it to sound nice before I drop it and get new wheels.
I've been debating between the following layouts:
DC Sport's Catback w/Megan Racing Headers
OR; HKS Hi-Power Catback w/Megan Racing Headers
OR; Skunk2 MegaPower Catback w/Megan Racing Headers
OR: Magnaflow Performance Exhaust Catback w/Megan Racing Headers.
As you can see, I'm hell-bent on the Headers, I found a great deal, and have heard good reviews about them. The real question is the exhaust. I DO NOT want a fart cannon/rice exhaust. I'm vehemently opposed to that. I want a deep tone to it, no farts/pops/backfire.
