I am currently have an H2d build that I am trying to get finished, but one major issue that I can't resolve is the flywheel issue. I will be making the adapter plate myself out of 1/2" aluminum plate, but I can't figure out how to make the D series flywheel work with the 8 bolt H22a motor. I have not compared the diameters of the flywheels, but I have been told they are different sizes. Does anyone know how I can make my d series flywheel an 8 bolt? My initial thought was to weld up the holes and drill new holes and then get it balanced. I am very much a DIY'er but this is stumping me. Any help would be appreciated!
