- Thu Feb 11, 2010 1:07 am #174572 a tip isnt gonna do shit. alot of honda sound nice and deep with just a aftermarket mufler on stock exhaust. its cheap and it will give you the tone you want. most hondas sound like shit becuase ricers take off there cats and there resonators. stock exhaust system keeps both so it will give you a good sound. oviously if you want deeper and better performance you can change the pipe diameter. 2.25 or 2.5 inch is good enough

i recomend a magnaflow cannon muffler. which they carry at any exhaust shop. but if you want a better sound look for good name exhaust brands like vibrant or rsr. depends if you want the exhaust tip to be dual tips, or a big oval or w.e.
