#30047 Sorry i don't have flow bench numbers, and on the gsr head(b16 block, gsr head) it made 142hp before, took it apart and had three burnt valves did a new ported head, all ferra valve train, 1mm oversized valves, brian crower stage 3 cams, edelbrock performer-x intake manifold, took to our local honda god, Courtney Green to finish it up and tune it, he finished took it for a test drive and about five minutes into the drive it went Ka-Boom, now there is a hole in one of the pistons. so dyno #'s will take a bit. my head should be back from the machine shop saturday I'll be sure to take pics

I did the port and polish myself on both cylinder heads. but it's at the machine shop cause both heads got oversized valves, and all those goodies. the gsr was done before my z6 thats why i'm still waiting.

When i did the gasket port matching, and cutting away the casting marks, i used a carbide rotary bit like the one that is second from the right, attatched to the air tools that i have.
