advance auto parts always has sales on synthetic motor oil. only problem is the changes every week. but if you don't care about that you can get a good 30 dollar synthetic oil change. this includes a high end oil filter.. k&n or mobil 1. before that I used to be religious with royal purple but due to the price I am switched over to the specials. I never had any issues with royal purple motor oil.

Okay nice and I have read some bad things about mobile one today so I'm gonna pass I'm gonna use what cummins uses 15w 40 valvoline synch
