you can go as far as you want, but you need to tune your car to them
I would stay with 210cc, 240cc for a stock motor.. unless you are going boost. If you are going boost.. 440cc, 550cc, 750cc, 1000cc, 1600cc are endless options.

Going to larger injectors with just an I/H/E will only hurt you. Larger injectors aren't needed until you've added significant power. Generally speaking, you will need larger injectors if you raise the compression and install an aftermarket cam, or if you turbo charge the engine.
Did you know you'll actually make more power by leaning out the calibration?
This is something that you should leave to an experienced tuner and only if you have some decent engine management hardware.
