Beat me to it. I had this happen to me a while back.

Inside your brake pad will be a metal point that will rub on your rotor when the pads get thin.

Installing new Brake Pads should fix the Issue.

Installing them is as simple as unbolting one bolt. sliding up the caliper, taking out the old pad, installing a new one then sliding the caliper back down, reinsert the bolt. Each side can be done in less then 5mins.
