What kind of rims are these?

I think they are HX wheels just painted white.

EF's, EG's, EK's, DA's, DC's all are 4x100mm

There are Rims that look just like it in 13's on the 92-95 Civic VX, 14's on teh 96-00 Civic HX, both of which are 4x100mm, the 96spec ITR has 15's and 4x114mm.

No the red that you are looking at is mix of 1993 Porsche Red and and Nismo Red!! Had this mixed 35/65 before it was sprayed!! Done it in El Paso, TX!!
