#103144 im putting oem tails on my hatch finally, getting rid of the nasty altezzas that the previous owner installed. but im having trouble with the rear corners. the bolts are really hard to get to and im wondering if i have to remove the panels around it? if i do is there a way i should do it? what do i remove. any help would be greatly appreciated :thumb:

#103148 Its a lot easier with the panels removed, but you can just remove the covers on both sides to get at them.

#103157 Or have a sibling pull back on the side panels :thumb: that's what I did and had no problem.

#103183 They're a pain but a small 8mm wrench and 8mm socket/ratchet should be all you need.

btw good job on de-ricing your Civic.

#103471 you dont need to take the trim pannels right off, just the bolts near the lights, then like someone said above, just push it out the way enough to get to the bolts on the lights.
