- Sun Nov 09, 2008 4:24 pm #77915 my new sir2 guage from jdm source says my civic idles at 3500 rpm and when im driving normally it says im at 5000 rpm... how to i adjust it so it reads right? will i have to take it to a shop?

- Mon Nov 10, 2008 1:38 am #78014 if your engine dosent sound like 3500 grand at idle i would say ur guage is messed up if it is u might be able to fix it with a usdm one. thake it all apart and take the rpm mech. in the back and switch it over but changeing the face plate were the #'s are is a pain good luck
