so after a mile or two of driving, my car over heats. when i turn it off there's pressure coming out of the water resevoir and the coolant in there is bubbling. idk what to do, could it be the radiator cap? or do i change the resevoir?

are your cooling fans working? is anything leaking from the cap itself?

not resevoir cap. the actual radiator cap. the silver one.

might want to check that the thermostatr is funcioning properly
and make sure there is no air in the lines. air gave me a big problem when i first started my z6 i just ran it for a few min with no thermostat to help me bleed the air out.
