- Thu Feb 07, 2008 2:29 am #41164 or just buy a mazzda speed 3 lol. mixing body styles does creat some cool looking cars don't get me wrong, for example sleighty. but in the end it's up to the owner of the car i guess.to me i bought an eg to own an eg i guess the same reason i bought my fit then my wrx then my evoix i just wanted to drive them and tune them. not make them something they arnt. idk maybe get a golf or a rabbit lol.

- Fri Feb 08, 2008 3:18 am #41373 its a different concept with the Silvia and 180sx. They are both pretty much the same car and technically, we here in the US got the ONEvia the opposite of the Sil-80.

Drifters started the Sil-80 because it was cheaper to get the Silvia front end as opposed to the 180sx front end.

I'd love to start a project puttin an ek front on my eg but me personally like the look...If your gonna do the teg front end swap tho make sure you take lots of pictures before and after and hell while your at it write up a DIY because whether its a good idea or not its technical info that we may or may not use sometime in the near future /shrug my 3 cents added in there.

We find three kittens and a squirrel cowering in fear inside one of the massive front air intakes.

oh yeah. that is some of the best wording for this subject. no matter what you do. make it into a DIY and maybe others will follow
