You wont have to wire in VTEC, Since it will already be there in the Si. Also the Si has the most creature comforts, Such as Sunroof, Rear Speakers, power mirrors, etc...

If your looking for a nice Civic Hatch, The Si Hatch will easily be the nicest.

CX Will be the lightest, VX Will also be light however not have power mirror, Sunroof, and so on, but be wired for VTEC.

No matter which car you get you will need to wire in a knock sensor, or have it disabled via tuning.

- Fri Mar 26, 2010 1:09 am #183770 All 92's were pre-wired for VTEC, also - might save you some work. But, if you're looking for one with a sunroof& power mirrors, only the Si has this. The next step down from the Si is the DX - but it has considerably fewer features.

Oh sorry i dont know why i put windshield. Okay so for my understanding civic si's will come with:


Power Windows
Sunroof
Power Mirrors
Cruise Control

Im trying to build a JDM Civic Si. I want the features to match up. Which one of USDM CX, DX, or VX will match the features?

USDM Si did not come with Power windows.
