- Mon Apr 12, 2010 11:39 pm #187305 I replaced my right rear brake caliper and pads less than three months ago. they seemed fine but just today I heard an almost metallic squeak that would only happen during moderate braking and it's not a constant squeak. the only thing I could think of is that the rotor is warped but I haven't really done anything that would warp it.

- Sat Apr 17, 2010 8:48 pm #188360 it could be just the brake pads, i like to install moderate brake pads on mine not the cheapest stuff but not the best, and its probly the rotors if you here it squek at a curtian time every rotation ( count the seconds between squeeks )
