#314443 sorry for bumping an old thread. lol but... 8)

My old crx had the risers on the back, it didnt look half bad, i honestly dont know if it kept the engine bay temps lower, but, in the winter, my windsheild stayed unfogged due to the heat that was escaping through that opening. lol. so i guess it at least does something.

#314456 i have hood spacers/ metal washer, and i did notice a difference, without the spacers my temp guage was at half, ever since i put them on, its JUST below half

#314530 I remember reading somewhere that the lower temps also harm performance because the motors were designed to run at a certain temperature specifically the thermostat as its meant to open and close at a certain temp and something blahh blah i gotta find the link.
