#152892 I'm looking at buying an eg soon and have seen a white hatch with black what look like protectors on the bottom of the arches. I was wondering is this a option from the factory or could it be an attempt by someone to cover up rust. Any input would be a great help.

#152896 those things make the rust. if you want to keep them i suggest peeling them off cleaning the fender and the arch protector and then using silicone. use the silicone and make a line along the protector on the inside so that when you put it on it blocks moisture.

#152898 are they original though from honda or do people add them because I'm travelling along way to see the car and don't want to see that someones put them on as a cover up. But thanks for your reply definately will be taking them off if I get it.

#152901 I've never seen this. So I'd guess.. it wasn't an OEM option. :?
