I would Highly recommend sanding all surfaces with High Grit Sandpaper, Thus giving the paint an area to stick to. Also once the Rims painting is done, 1-2 Layers of clear coat is a good idea.
When you do your Rims, Take some pictures and put them up here, I look forward to seeing what you do.

Did you use it or not?I have my rims off and cleaned, so I'm hoping to get to the paint in the next few days!
