- Wed May 26, 2010 9:04 pm #196999 I'm right now at my buddy's garage trying to install shock mount bushings in my Civic. I've attached a pic of what I'm trying to install. Are they supposed to both point up, both point down, point in towards each other, or point away from each other? I've tried them all 4 ways, and nothing looks right, and I really don't want to have to pull everything back apart later to fix it if I mess it up now.
