as you can see went with the 15" over the 12" and love it.


also really happy with how my Honda H logo came out.


shaped it out of 1/2 MDF with various router bits and wrapped it in a 3M black brushed aluminum vinyl to match the amps

I turned the strut bar to face the logo back so it'd be a little taller. kinda of hard to see it in the pics but, the front section with the sub and amps comes to the top of the rear strut bar and the rear section, with the Honda H, tucks under the bar for a step down creating two levels.

used real suede wrapped over the wood which I lined with headliner foam


the inserts are flocked red

- Fri Oct 24, 2014 3:16 pm #349391 Damn, that's a good reboot of your old set up. Is it fiberglassed or did you just use MDF for the sub enclosure?

- Fri Oct 24, 2014 5:26 pm #349394 the actual sub box is 1.75cu of 3/4 MDF not fiberglassed. and the top planks (wrapped in suede) are 1/2 MDF.
