#110273 Well the problem im having is that my passenger side main light wont come on,

I have a HID kit, i have 12v at the plug but when i turn on the lights the voltage goes all over the place and i just get a ticking noise,

I though first it could of been a bad ground so i brought a new one from the battery just to make sure, same thing,

Then i tapped into the 12v parker light and the light works fine but i want to get it working the way it used to be?

Anyone have any ideas?

It used to work perfectly i was taking out the ballast and buld one night and put it back in and i got the problem?

I just can figure it out?

The high beam works fine on the same light,

#110274 Disconnect the ballast from the working light, and put it on the broken passenger side. If the light comes on you have a bad ballast. Seen it happen a ton of times, and thats why I dont run HID's.

#110290 THe light works fine when i bring 12v from my parker lights, so the ballast is fine,

If i do change te ballasts over from one sied to the other its teh same problem on the same side of the car.

I just cant understand how i have 12v at the connector then when i plug in the ballast the voltage goes all over the place wierd readings on my meter?

It cant be a fuse etc so im really confused?

This what i was going to do. I would have to take a supply from my other light. But i just cant figure out that it worked fine before and now it doesnt? And when it stopped it did so in the space of 5 mins one night.
