- Wed Jan 11, 2012 8:31 am #289436 Hey I've been reccomended microsquirt as a stand alone EMS to use on my B16a2 turbo setup.

Has anybody else used this or know much about Microsquirt as cant seem to find many reviews on the web.

Also how would this compare to Hondata or Chrome which are my two other tuning options.

- Wed Jan 11, 2012 9:26 am #289440 I personally know a guy that had the Megasquirt in his drag car, he bought the kit, built, programmed and tuned his car with it, he loved it and never had any problems with it that I'm aware of. He's since moved on to a more advanced setup though, a turbo'd 383 stroker, and has a much bigger budget to work with so he's using a different stand alone other than Megasquirt now but when he did use it it worked great.

you really can't even compare Crome to Hondata. If you're wanting to go all out get an AEM EMS. otherwise, the s300 is more than capable of pretty much anything you wanna do and it will be MUCH easier to work with than the megasquirt
