So, what if I don't have a wire on the ECU harness in that area (the D17 spot where it's supposed to be). If I remember correctly, I think there is a white wire on that harness, but not in the right spot, I'll check tomorrow for sure though.

Nah, I'm pretty sure it's not there, I'll take pics tomorrow if I can't get it figured out :o

#120675 When you look for the pins, you have the other side facing you. You have it backwards in pic 2.

If that wire is missing, it means that someone de-pinned it. There is absolutely no reason why anyone would ever want to do this. But the same thing could be said about 90% of what people do to their cars.

There should be some evidence in either a cut wire or wrongly pinned wire. You're going to want to put everything back to stock and triple verify everything.

Have you retrieved the CEL? That would verify that the wire is missing. If you don't have any CELs, then you know you're insane.

I know about holding it, I was just holding it like that for the picture.

And no there is no wire or evidence of a cut wire etc.

And no I have no CEL or anything.


I must be insane :?
