#28569 Please don't ever connect wires to fuses like that.

Instead, connect your buzzer's power wire to the option output just above that fuse (4th over from the left) using a speaker connector aka female quick disconnect.

Here's a pic. You want the white one.

My old 89 accord had it but I couldn't figure out where the buzzer was.
