#163839 Hey everyone i came across a civic gauge cluster on ebay i believe it was a jap one it was black faced with the red needles and speedo read in kilometers,...my question is..would i be able to take the speedo from my gauge cluster, swap the white needle with the red one, so my speedo would read in mph? search 92-95 civic gauge cluster, it should be on there if youd like to see the one im talking about.

you should be able to do all that however swapping the needles is very difficult and youd probaly if anything if you feel up to it switch the needle and face with your mph one....but yea up to you because no matter how careful you are sometimes your just not careful enough and your speed is off by a bit...

#163972 I can tell you right now, swapping the speed servos from your USDM cluster onto the JDM/UKDM cluster will NOT let you see the MPH speed on the KPH gauge face.

I did this before and I swapped my MPH servo on JDM white face cluster and it still read KPH. I tested by going through a construction site and it gave me a smaller number than my gauge cluster output. If you look closely, the KPH readings on the JDM cluster is the the same as the inner KPH reading on the USDM cluster.

I hope this helps!
