#114522 Well, it's a stupid mistake i did lol. I left the car at a place, and when I came back, for got to bring the key and was far so couldn't go back either. So my friend had this key, we tried with that and it worked weirdly, we did start the motor and all.

Now I could turn off the switch, on and start. But cant take off that key lol, coz it doesnt turn on to the lock position. Did try by pushing in, but doesn't move back. What could be the easiest way to get it off?? other than replacing the ignition unit :?

#114524 well maybe if you pull not too hard and turn it back it may allow you to get it to the point where you can take it out....or you could take it to a lock smith they might be able to help.....n stuff i really dont know surprized you even got it to work...

#114525 well, we were very far from the place I left the key, and din't hav anyother option. So just gave this key a try, we managed to get it in without much fuss though. Tried pulling it out, but no luck, maybe it won't come out without turning back to the lock position :S

#114528 try jiggleing it at the same time as your turning it thats the thing about hondas/older cars if you have a certain key(not gonna specify just incase someone use this for evil deeds) you can get in i do it when i lock my key in the car gotta get pass that they might open you door nowadays

#114807 Chances are what happend is that your key has a low cut on it which means the wafer is a bit longer for that cut and the other key you used to get it goin has a shallow cut thus getting it stuck. Since your key has a slope in the front its alot easier to get it in then out so what i would recomend for you to do is get a SMALL hammer (so your not tempted to slam the key when frustrated  ) and lightly grab the stuck key and softly tap it while moving it back and fourth or side to side since it wont turn all the way over. But you have to be patient, somtimes this can take awhile lol. And for bad new chances are that your probly gonna need a new ignition. Good luck bro.

#114886 Haha its not to bad you just gotta be patient and if that doesnt work take it to your local locksmith and im sure they can get it out but if not you may have to order a new ignition which for my shop here is like $90.
