Got Understeer? You need a bigger rear sway bar then problem fixed.
Having a pinch of oversteer is my preference, Much more controllable the understeer.
H2B doesn't move the H any farther forward like it does when you go a full h swap. This is why you need to gap the hood, on the plus side it keeps axles where they want to be as well as not effecting handling. you have a little bit more weight. however not much to sneeze about.
