You will need a OBD 1 Non Vtec Distro or a OBD1 B Series Distro. Your OBD1 D Series Injectors(same as B Series) and your basically set for converting the Engine to OBD1.

Some Wiring might need to be done to get the different plugs to fit.

Your P28 Will Run the LS. However You will want to get the P28 tuned or get a OBD1 LS ECU.

you will need the :

OBD1 alternator
OBD1 B series Dist.
OBD1 Injectors.

YOu will also want to find a P75, make sure its a manual one. The P28 wont run the motor very well. If at all.

OBD1 and OBD2 Plugs are different. You can get an Adapter Harness to easily go bewteen the OBD2 plugs on the Engine Harness to your OBD1 Plugs on your Shell. You can also splice wires or repin plugs.

Adapter Harness will be the easiest.
http://www.rywire.com/ has just about any jumper harness you can think of.
