head bolts broken

i took off the head of my b16 and this is what i found. How am i supposed to take these off cuz im pretty sure theyre torqued pretty good? Also where can i get a replacement for these?

those shouldnt get that much torque on them.

Thats one of the cam cap bolts.

I had the same problem but worse than that but with a mig you can weld a little by little on top of the rest of the bolt a far as you get something to turn it with a vise grip... :thumb:
