hey so im thinkin of goin crVTEC
i was wondering can i use a block from a b20 that uses a auto tranny wit my b16 head

yes u can. theres no such thing as an auto or 5 speed engine. motor gots nothing to do with the tranny or viseversa

cool so wat ur saying is if i had a complete auto b20 swap i can just replace the tranny and make it stick

yup

just replace the tranny.
well of coarse u will need a 5 speed ecu or convert the auto one to 5 speed.
