will type r cams do anything for me in a gsr motor? any at all?

well what would be the dif, if i just threw those in with nothing else? 5hp?10hp? im going turbo so im sure they will help. so what would i get out of them. how much should i sell the gsr cams for?

if you go turbo get Crower cams. and depends which type r cams. B18c has a less aggressive VTEC lobe where as the cams found in B16B are noticeably different.

i couldnt use the crower stage 2 cams could i with a stock bottom end besides eagle rods?

you you can. you just need need the valve springs that match those cams.

^^ listen to him. if your going boost, it's a good time to spend money on the head and making it stronger.

No one said this lol but im guessing your putting this in something thats not a GSR?
You will gain something not very much the only thing you will notice big time is that your RPM Range will hold longer and not fall off so fast

it is gsr. i wanted to leave the head alone besides a valve job. but eagle rods and wiseco pistons and 10lbs of boost. i definetly should beef up the head? i dont want to rev 8500-9k though. thats how you break stuff

you dont really need to do anything to the head. the ITR cams will hurt you more than help you when boost is involved.
