Hey guys so I have a question and have Been Confused about this for a while, I have a jdm b16a in my eg, I have a skunk2 intake manifold and 70mm skunk2 throttle body, stock cams, supertech valvetrain. , Injen intake,GSR transmission, yonaka header with 2.5inch exhaust to a garbage muffler lol putting a vibrant stealth on soon.

Everyone is saying im losing low end power with the bigger manifold and tb. Would I be better off getting an ITR manifold and tb instead? I want to boost maybe next year

Yeah, you would be losing power.
Think of it as trying to drink a Big Gulp with a really huge straw. Try it if you don't follow. Use a toilet paper roll lol. You'll get a lot more from a standard straw.
First you need to increase the suction of the pump. Pistons, cams, head porting and oversized valves. At that point the throttle body and intake manifold become a restriction and upgrading them will be beneficial.
