b16 hp gains

so far iv changed every single gasket/seal there is.
i grabbed a skunk2 intake mani and skunk2 throttle body.
going to get some decent header and an exhaust once the motor is put in.im thinking of getting stage 1 cams, blox cams? your opinions on how much hp/whp i would be making
