can someone help ive searched and i dont just wanna buy something and not know what i need what all do i need for a two step setup i want to purchase msd parts

For that price I'd get a chipped p28 if I was running OBD-1.

ive got a chipped ecu with a semi two step i guess is kinda like slow and doesnt seem to build my boost quick enough

Two step is more of a launch control, if you're looking for something to spool the turbo you need to program an anti-lag

couldnt you just raise the RPM limit?
whatever rpm the engine starts to build boost at, set the limit for that rpm level
