#346445 I got my hands on a b16a a few weeks ago and
I have some questions

1. I purchased d series motor mounts a while back
Because that's what my coupe has. So now do I have to
Purchase all three again or just the two side ones??

2. Since my coupe has a cmc how do I get the b16 tranny
Hooked up ??

3. What honda model does the b16a come out of??

And if anybody has anymore suggestions or tips besides
The need of axles and engine harness plz feel free
To let me know thanks

#346462 This should help you with the motor mounts. And just so you know, on the "Timing belt side", where it says to get both to be safe.....you need both.

And you'll need the shift linkage from a '94-'01 Integra as well.

obd2 harness will have a green square alt plug and a obd1 has a green circle plug. obd2 injectors will not have metal clips, obd1 injectors will have metal clips on the harness. also obd1 dizzys have 2 plugs and obd2's have 1 plug.

you can use a d series harness, you just have to add a knock sensor wire, extend the oxygen sensor plug, and the air intake temp wires.

#346512 Im goin manual, the tranny on the motor also
Has a black arm so I'm guessing It's a cable tranny,
And if I buy 94-01' integra mounts will they fit in the
Housings of the motor mounts on my coupe??

If you look at the pic I provided, it's pretty straight forward.

Transmission mounts: You need the one that bolts to the side of the transmission from an Integra (right front mount). And you use your civic mount that is bolted to the frame.

For the top transmission mount, you can use the one from your civic or from an Integra.

Rear mount: You need the "T" bracket from an Integra (the one that bolts to the back of the engine). And you use your civic mount that is bolted to the frame.

Side mount (timing belt side): You need both mounts from an Integra. The one that bolts to the engine AND the rubber mount that bolts to the frame.

Left front mount: You don't really even need this mount to be honest, but if you want it, then you need the mount from an Integra. And you use your civic mount that is bolted to the frame. Your a/c will not bolt to this though and the Integra a/c pump won't work without some modifications. It's fine if you don't have, or want a/c.

If you do want to keep a/c (or add a/c), then you will need either the P7J CRV a/c bracket (part # 38930-P7J-000) or the P54 Del Sol B16 a/c bracket (part # 38930-P54-000). And use all the original d series pump, lines, etc.

I hope this makes it easier to understand, rather than confuse you more lol.
