Hi guys i apologise for posting this on here but i still cant find an answer, owing to my z6 dying on me i have fitted a b16a to my eg8. Car runs sweet, vtec is awesome but when stood idleing it bounces from 1-1500k, checked and cleaned fitv and iacv, checked for vacuum leaks all well but i noticed the hose from the pcv valve to the inlet was crushed, switched engine off and its fine. I removed the pcv valve and started the motor, idles perfect, is this down just to a faulty pcv valve? Can i replace the pcv with a vented carch can? Any help would be awesome
