Timing belt question

I'm having a hard time getting my timing belt on I'm starting from the cam and working my way down and I can't get it in the crank I've got the tensioner pulley loosened all the way but can't get it on any tip on how to do this

if you read a how to manual you will see you have to start from the crank pulley and work up. over ex cam gear 1st then intake cam. you need to follow standard procedure

Ok I don't have a Manual and I've been on google and other forums and they said to try it this way

Ok so one of my cam cap bolt broke off inside of my head I've heard I can reuse them but now I'm not so sure

Pull the cam caps off and hopefully there is enough meat there to use a center punch and a hammer to walk the bolt out. You should feel if any of those are weak. I had one feel like it was stretching so I pull it out and sure enough it was.

Do you know where I can buy new bolts ??
