Civic EG

Just a quick question. I recently purchased a B18B1 for my Eg. It was pretty much a full swap, only missing the wiring harness. My parents own a salvage yard, but don't have any Ls manual. Is the auto harness way different? Can it easily be modified? Or should i just shell the cash for a manual harness. Not trying to cut corners, just trying to use what i have available to me. Thanks

You could just reuse the harness thats in yoru car now?

To answer your question, if you use the automatic harness you'll have a few plugs left over as the transmissions sensor wiring runs through the engine harness, but it will work as long as you use a manual ECU you should have any check engine lights.

if youre savvy with wiring, you could depin and remove the auto wiring out of the harness, it isnt too hard
