You can't just swap GSR internals into a B16, they don't work together.

Because the deck height is completely different. You can't just put longer stroke crankshafts and longer rods into a smaller block without modifing piston wrist pin locations or adding deck plates. Look at that link I gave you.

camp 1320 made rods for that type of deal, not very popular since there is a lot better combinations out there. depending on the B16 you have you either have the P30 pistons or if you have the USDM you'll have the lower compression pistons which should be fine for boost.
but you can use LS pistons for a lower compression.
a poormans type R would be GSR short block and B16 head.
